: Are you aware that if the work does not meet your approval on grounds of lyrical content or musical suitability LMG will produce further demos and or Amake adjustments free of charge unless the musical style and / or lyric content was dictated by you. This guarantee is not in effect until account is paid in full or flexipay arrangement is in place.

Do you understand that there is a state by state licensing fee attached to your jingle and that although you own the work and no one else can use it, you cannot broadcast state wide or in other states without paying the license fee?

Please note, a 30% production fee will apply should the order be postponed or cancelled once any work has been produced.
